CREOL is an R&D tool for
processing oilseeds. In complete confidentiality we crush seeds
for units of a few kilos up to hundreds of tons.
According to needs, we can develop new processes, carry out experimental extrusions
in compliance with specific requirements, carry out equipment tests, etc. We
also provide custom oil extraction services for customers with small volumes
of raw materials who require stringent controls on manufacturing conditions. |

|
 |
Our
means |
|
Our equipment enables us to reproduce on a small
scale operations carried out traditionally in the oil milling
industry. We also have experimental equipment that allows better
respect for the quality of the raw materials. The high point
is that we have a continuous extraction workshop for each solvent
that is unique in Europe.
|
 |
Our
skills |
|
 Extraction
of fragile and reactive oils under mild conditions
 Development
of crushing for new seeds
 Oil
production by extrusion
 Cold
solvent extraction, enabling us to obtain proteins that preserve
their natural functions
These skills are enhanced through our partnerships with the CETIOM and ITERGteams located at the same site.
|
 |
Traceability and flexibility |
|
The experimental site enables us to process,
under the best conditions of traceability, batches of seeds
of several dozen kilograms up to several dozen tons, by pressure
and extraction with hexane. The site has adequate facilities
to assist in assessing equipment for its customers. New technologies
are developed there.
|
 |
Quality
et confidentiality |
|

The
quality system of the experimental site is certified under the
ISO 9002 International Standard (AFAQ and IQNet* certification). Our
procedures are aimed at guarantying traceability of the unit
lots and operations as well as the reliability of our results.
Our organization was purposely planned as independent from our
parent agency (CETIOM) in order to offer the best guarantee of
confidentiality. Practically, this is reflected in separate teams,
different premises and the legal form of a French SAS (A simplified
business association).
